This class is a combination of deep stretching and body conditioning. The class will be heavy in cardio to increase endurance for the dancer, and will also include several arm, abdominal, and leg exercises to strengthen the entire body. Strong muscles are vital for protecting the body and of course improving dance skills! Healthy muscles are important to let you move more freely and keep your body strong.
